[Production Example] 500L Stainless Steel Melting Tank for Beverage Factory

With a mixer, the contents are stirred! There is a lighting window on the top surface, allowing you to check the condition of the contents.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "500L stainless steel melting tank" for a beverage factory. This stainless steel melting tank comes with a stirrer to mix the contents and features a lighting window on the top surface, allowing for inspection of the contents. Since many components such as nozzles, observation windows, and stirrer bases are attached to the upper mirror section, a construction procedure and method that considers polishing work is necessary. However, our company is well-versed in the production of pressure vessels and stainless steel tanks, enabling us to achieve a beautiful finish. 【Case Overview】 ■ Industry: Beverage ■ Container Diameter: Inner diameter φ800 ■ Material: SUS304 *For more detailed information about the case, please refer to the related links.
